1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

BEST-KC provides event planning, coordination, floral design, and related décor and rental services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, and specific deliverables are defined in signed proposals or contracts.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.

  • Final payment deadlines are outlined in your service agreement.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, or electronic transfer as specified in your invoice.

  • Late payments may incur fees or result in cancellation of services.

No event date is considered confirmed until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All retainers and floral pre-orders are non-refundable due to advance planning and product procurement.
If cancellation occurs after floral orders have been placed or services have begun, the client remains responsible for all non-recoverable costs.
BEST-KC reserves the right to cancel a contract in cases of non-payment, unsafe event conditions, or force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely communication, and access to the event venue as outlined in the agreement.
Delays, incomplete information, or last-minute changes may affect service delivery and result in additional fees.

6. Floral & Décor Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, market conditions, and supply chain factors, substitutions of flowers, containers, or décor items may be made at our discretion while maintaining the overall style, theme, and value of your order.

7. Photography & Marketing Use

By engaging our services, you grant BEST-KC permission to photograph, film, and share images of event designs and setups for marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your event runs smoothly, BEST-KC shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, vendor performance, transportation issues, or venue restrictions.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, and materials created by BEST-KC are owned by Belcher Event Services Team, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Clay County, Missouri.

11. Updates to Terms

BEST-KC reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
